Job Description
As the Executive, Trade, you will be responsible for providing support to the trade operations of the shipping company. This includes coordinating with internal teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Assistant Executive will work closely with the Manager, Trade to ensure that the company's trade operations are efficient, effective, and meet the company's objectives.
Job Requirement
Responsibilities:
    Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, operation and overseas office, to ensure that trade operations are aligned with company objectives.
    Resolve and follow up day-to-day commercial and deployment matters with relevant departments.
    Provide customer service and support, addressing any concerns or complaints and working to resolve any issues that arise.
    Assist in managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and
    partners, to ensure smooth trade operations.
    Analyzing and developing effective commercial and deployment studies to optimize revenue and service profitability.
    Analyze market trends and provide insights and recommendations to the Trade Manager and other senior executives in the company.
    Assist in developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure that trade operations are efficient and effective.
    Analyze trade performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for changes.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry bodies, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
    Assist in joint venture reconciliation, billing statement and invoice verification
    Assist to monitor trade performance such as vessel utilization , schedule integrity and margin contribution,
    Assist to analyze profit and loss statements and produce monthly report for management
    Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the trade function.
    Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Manager, Trade.
