  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, providing assistance with inquiries, guiding them through the airport, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. You will also handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Ability to remain calm under pressure

Salary:

Monthly Basic: SGD 2,200 and above
