Essential Responsibilities:
Assist in engineering, production, and application aspects concerning automation machinery, covering operation, problem-solving, upkeep, installation, or upgrading.
First level, front-end support to maintain AMHS operations and trouble recovery. AMHS includes RGV (Raid Guided Vehicles), OHT (Overhead Hoist Transfer) and AIV (Automated Intelligent Vehicles).
Conduct routine checks to monitor equipment operating parameters and MPI/MMM check sheets, prompt updating onto monitoring system to ensure operations are within control specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns, execute corrective/preventive maintenance, collaborate with engineers on upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.
Ensure workstations are in excellent housekeeping and safety conditions.
Monitor the automation equipment utilization performance through OEE (availability and performance rates).
Support in overseeing and regulating critical spare parts inventory, ensuring regular maintenance of inventory records and management.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Skills and Competencies Profile
At least 2 years relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
Related work experience in semiconductor industry.
Experience in Muratec AMHS system and PLC application is highly desirable.
Experience and familiar in Robot pick/place alignment teaching and application.
Capable in machine troubleshooting.
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Information:
This will be a 2-year contract position.
Able to perform 12 hour rotating shift (4/3/3/4) pattern.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing cleanroom gear.
