  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: West region, near Clementi

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm

Salary Package: up to $3,500 basic + AWS + VB

Job Duties:

Manage customer orders for aerospace equipment's, ensuring efficient processing and delivery.
Oversee the Turn Around Time (TAT) for repairs, monitor and follow up on sales and purchase orders, and handle customer complaints with effective solutions.
Work with internal departments such as Workshop, Logistics, and QA regarding customer orders.
Provide on-call support for urgent issues (e.g., Aircraft On Ground, AOG) if required after office hours.
Generate reports, and perform administrative tasks.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Prior backend customer support via phone calls and admin experience
Proficient in IT and Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel.
Flexible and willing to work outside regular hours when necessary.
