Internship Overview:

As a Strategic Management Intern at Ryde Technologies, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our company's operations and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with our senior management team, supporting them in daily tasks, strategic planning, and business process improvement projects. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in identifying and applying key strategies and processes critical to our business's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior managers in completing daily tasks and projects
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of various department's (e.g. Operations, Business Development, Business Analytics, Marketing, Product Management) daily processes and objectives
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to the company's strategic planning efforts
  • Create and deliver presentations to communicate ideas and proposals effectively
  • Your specific role within the organization will be determined based on our business needs and your strengths and interests.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in any Singapore university MBA or postgraduate program
  • Applicants must be able to commit at least 24 weeks for the full-time, credit-bearing internship
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
