Job Description
Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., Grantors) to implement and manage changes and interventions that achieve project goals and mitigate risk.
Offer project management assistance to the team by gathering and tracking deliverables to ensure compliance and meet deadlines.
Track the project's status and communicate progress to all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure that project information and documentation are properly archived and available for audits.
Oversee project documentation, keeping all files current and easily accessible.
Carry out additional administrative tasks to support the Project Office Team.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree with minimum 2 years of project management experience
Possess administrative and stakeholder management experience
Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills
