Thank you for your interest in our Job Opportunity. We require an Event Coordinator with good people skills to assist us with the following:
Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and execute events, including logistics, vendor management, and event setup.
Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their event needs and ensure their expectations are met.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage the event budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
Venue and Vendor Management: Coordinate with venues, caterers, and other suppliers to ensure all event services are delivered on time and to specification.
Our Ideal candidate:
Some experience handling small events / focus groups advantageous.
Able to handle administrative tasks, calling / liaising with vendors regularly for business needs, ordering supplies, supporting events etc. Good at cost savings.
Outgoing personality preferred, able to help coordinate company events
Basic excel formulas, prompt data entry and note taking for meetings.
Processing of survey results, liaising with leads to issue reward vouchers, lucky draw gifts, and manage social media pages (project-specific).
