Job Description
Greet and respond to guest/client requests in a friendly and efficient way
Present professionalism and appearance while providing excellent customer services
Manage & support all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes including basic cleaning tasks
Prepare and replenish coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverages as requested by client
Monitor and maintain sanitation, and organization of service areas
Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas
Any additional adhoc duties as assigned by Client
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE N or O Level qualifications.
3 to 5 years of event management experience - hospitality & tourism background will be advantageous
Experience leading a diversity of events
Exceptional rapport building with good presentation skills, both written and verbal
Meticulous, self initiative and able to make quick and effective decision
Ability to prioritize workload and act with appropriate urgency in fast-paced environment
Initiative to improve based on feedback and guidance
Able to work outside fixed business hours if necessary
Additional Info
OT payable if worked outside of business hours
Allowances provided after confirmation
Training will be provided before work start
