Responsible for planning, developing and administering all aspects of the group fitness and instructor training programs.
Supervising the group fitness instructors and operations of the group fitness department to ensure the highest level of programming and customer service.
Develop onboarding/orientation programs to cultivate a culture of continuous learning for new instructors.
Provides ongoing training, mentoring and evaluation of group fitness instructors and classes.
Works closely with Area/ Branch Managers to ensure a high level of member participation in the group fitness program.
Review, analyse and improve business processes and systems to achieve higher productivity and results.
Source, network and partner with potential business influencers to deepen market penetration
