Job Description·
· Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
· Greet and interact with customers, take orders, answer questions about coffee and menu items, and ensure that customers have a pleasant experience in the café.
· Have a comprehensive understanding of the drink menu.
· Maintain quality and consistency of the coffee.
· Monitor the brewing process, adjust grind size and extraction time as needed, and ensure that the coffee meets the café's standards.
· Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the coffee equipment.
· Handle cashiering, process payments, issue receipts.
Salary range: $2500 - $3300, depending on relevant experience.
Requirements
· Has an in-depth knowledge of different coffee beans, origins, roasting techniques, and flavor profiles. (familiar with Australian Coffee is an added advantage)
· Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as taking orders, preparing beverages, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness.
· Must be able to commit shift hours
· At least 1-2 years of experience
· Proficient in latte art
