Job brief
We are looking for competent and cheerful service crew to take and deliver orders. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and play an integral part in our customers’ experiences.

Responsibilities
Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to hygiene and order
Attend to customers
Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
Take and serve orders
Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
Work together with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Issue bills and accept payment
Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities during shifts.
Provide guidance and support to enhance staff performance.
Requirements and skills
Proven restaurant serving or waiter experience is a plus
Attention to cleanliness and safety
Patience and customer-oriented approach
Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
