Overview:
Our Healthcare Client is looking for energetic and highly motivated Individual to join their fast-growing industry as Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Associate. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive quality care and services. The Individual will be providing administrative and customer service support.
Job Description:
Provide frontline services such as registration, appointment booking and collection of payment
Perform administrative duties such as keeping track of patient medical information
Assist doctor with room assisting and medical procedures
Account for handover and closing of counter payments
Job Requirement:
Min "N" Level and above
Experiences in the Healthcare / Customer Service industry will be an advantage.
No experience required as training will be provided
Good communication skills
