To meet its regional expansion plan, an established F&B Group is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following position:-

Hot & Cold Dessert Assistant (Full Time x 1, Part Time x 2)

Location: Clarke Quay Central

Full time: 6 days/ week

10:30 to 21:00/ 21:30 (Fri & Sat)

Part time: 4 to 6 days/ week

10:30 to 15:30 (5 hours) or 16:30 to 21:30 (5 hours)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the preparation of hot and cold desserts, including cooking.
Ensure all dessert components are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
Decorate and garnish desserts to enhance presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dessert station and equipment.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of dessert ingredients.
Ensure smooth service and timely delivery of desserts.
Adapt to changing menus and special dietary requirements as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably in a dessert-focused role.
Strong passion for desserts and a creative flair for flavor combinations and presentation.
Knowledge of dessert preparation methods.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as required by the operation.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects if necessary.
