Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional image and conduct befitting of fitness professional
Provide professional exercise recommendations to members
Proficient in the use and demonstration of gym equipment
Demonstrate exercises to members
Provide feedback to members on exercise techniques and fitness routines
Design and administer appropriate programs tailored to the members’ needs and goals
Achieve monthly fitness sales and service KPIs/targets
Ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
Passionate about improving/enriching the life of others through fitness.
Good sense of customer service, patience, responsibility and integrity.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales KPIs and service.
Able to commit to shift hours (Including weekends and public holidays)
Candidates with recognized Personal Training qualification (ACE, FITSAF, FIC, BEC etc.) preferred but not a must.
