Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations, management practices, and business strategies.
- Assist in various projects across departments to learn about different functions and contribute to team goals.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management teams on strategic initiatives, providing support in planning and implementation.
- Identify and propose solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Relevant internships or leadership experience in school or community organizations is beneficial but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome.
