  • Participate in a structured training program to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations, management practices, and business strategies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Relevant internships or leadership experience in school or community organizations is beneficial but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome.
