JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend to customers’ needs and serve customers and make connections with potential customers to create a positive shopping experience.
Keep up to date with all product knowledge and provide prompt and good customer service.
Assist in store daily housekeeping and stock replenishment.
Fulfil your role as a staff of the company by displaying and projecting a good image of courtesy, respectability and professionalism
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above
Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people
Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail or/and customer service preferred
Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holiday
Right attitude candidates with no prior working experience may be considered
Preferred to stay at east side
