  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Position:Customer Engagement Officer (Banking)
Location: Novena (Office-based)

Salary:

Basic: $2000 - $2200
Monthly Commission: $1000 - $6000 (subject to targets)

Work Schedule:

5 days, Monday to Friday
9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Overtime paid from 6:45 PM - 8:30 PM, if required)

Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to Penalty Fees, Annual Fees, and general banking needs
Cross-sell unsecured retail banking products (credit cards, loans) via inbound/outbound calls
Maintain high service quality and adhere to bank standards
Persuade customers on banking products and follow up on application documents
Manage credit card activation and retention for customers

Requirements:

Degree or relevant experience (Call Center experience is a plus)
Telesales / Loans exp / 2 years handling Call centre handling inbound and outbound calls
Singaporeans/PR only
