Responsible for the entire spectrum of hiring process, including filtering, sourcing and interviewing prospective candidates.

To provide day-to-day administrative and office support in the various Human Resources functions; to ensure that the company employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience; to enhance the performance of the staff and achieve the employer's business aims; to add value to the organization; to be the first point of contact for all HR Recruitment related queries; to provide advice and assistance to managers and staff.

Duties & Responsiblities

1. Recruitment

  • Sourcing, hunting and the development of a network of specialized candidates using internal data, job boards and social networks
  • Verifies existence of vacant positions in accordance with manpower plans.
  • Arrange finding of positions to enable filling in line with operational needs.
  • Collaborates with Department Heads to determine filling of positions internally and externally
  • Prepares appropriate documentation to advertise the position in the media
  • Screens application and draws anaylsis
  • Scheduling of interviews and conduct preliminary interviews
  • Pre-selection interviews through phone calls
  • Conduct face to face interviews

2. Social Media Management

  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Be up-to-date of social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

Skills:

  • COMMUNICATION: Great verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position
  • CREATIVE THINKING: Crafting engaging content
  • DIGITAL MARKETING: Computer skills, skills in using social media platforms and skills in using tools that analyze social media platforms are requirements for this position
  • SOCIAL MEDIA: Skills in learning social media trends, identifying new social media tools and finding real-time online conversations are necessary for this position
  • TIME MANAGEMENT: The skill of organizing tasks to meet deadlines is essential for this professional role
