Part-Time Service Crew
Salary Range: $10/hr – $16/hr
Additional $2/hr for working on Friday / Weekend
Additional $5/hr for on Valentine Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve and New Year Eve
Additional $8/hr for working on Public Holiday
Part-Time Service Crew Incentives (staffs must work at least one weekend)
Part-timer who works 100hrs – 130hrs a month will be rewarded with an additional $120 Monthly Incentives
Part-timer who works more than 131hrs a month, will be rewarded with an additional $200 Monthly Incentives
Part-Timer Referral Incentives, $200
New staff must work at least 3 months, each month must clock at least 60 hours including 2 weekend.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The role requires an individual with outgoing personality who strives to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service
Greet customers promptly (in Japanese) in a warm and friendly manner
Attention to detail and being proactive will be crucial to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience
Ensure Service Standard Operations and compliance is adhered
Your Day-to-Day:
Ensure daily opening and closing duties are properly executed
Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service base on Saboten work standard
Upsell both beverages and seasonal menu to increase revenue
Communicates to his / her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
What we need from you:
A cheerful and positive attitude
Passion to work in a dynamic environment
A guest-first approach to hospitality
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum one (1) year of F&B related experience
