  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Role: Beach Patrol Ambassadors (Part-time)

Job Purpose: To ensure beach safety and provide exceptional guest experiences at Sentosa.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a beach spotter, supporting the Beach Patrol Officer in executing lifeguard duties and maintaining beach safety.
  2. Provide prompt and effective first aid services as and when required.
  3. Deliver comprehensive & educational beach safety guidance to guests, fostering a culture of safety and awareness.
  4. Serve as a beach sentry, verifying the validity of delivery orders or prior approvals for vehicles entering the beach zone.
  5. Manage Beach 3 and operate the intercom system, ensuring the manned presence of Beach HQ during operating hours, and handling general administrative tasks.
  6. Undertake marine safety responsibilities, including the collection of fish traps, trawling, and other assigned maintenance duties.
  7. Fulfill any other tasks as directed by the supervisor, contributing to the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  1. Able to swim 200 meters in open water (advantageous).
  2. Possession of a Bronze Medallion by Singapore Life Saving Society (advantageous).
  3. Knowledge of First Aid and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) (advantageous).
  4. Be able to communicate fluently in English
  5. Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays on rotating shifts
  6. Enjoy outdoor and beach environments
  7. Positive work attitude and team player.
  8. Guest-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  9. Training will be provided
