Responsibilities:
Picking
Ensure orders are picked correctly according to the pick ticket(s).
Place remaining stock back into its original or designated location securely and presentably, with company barcode label
Prioritize AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and urgent orders
Packing
Ensure accuracy and condition of each order prior to packing, including documentation and labels.
Pack parts securely to prevent damage, and clearly label packages
Coordinate with the logistics coordinator for timely completion and release of shipments to carriers/customers, including booking and manifesting shipments.
Logistics
Prioritize AOG and critical orders, preparing them for packing.
Raise necessary shipping documentation and arrange collections
Track shipments and handle other logistics-related tasks as needed
Other tasks
Weekly replenishment checks on consumable like packing boxes/ material, hazardous labels, packing tape, and gripper bags to maintain adequate stocks.
Participation in monthly rolling stock checks/cycle counts.
Requirements:
Min ‘O’ Level, Nitec or Diploma with previous experience working within a warehouse or in aerospace industry with product inspection and auditing duties is highly desirable.
Candidates without aerospace industry experience are welcome to apply
Understanding of batch numbers, expiry dates and lot traceability
Good interpersonal and teams skills, with excellent time management and attendance record
Physically fit and capable of manual handling on regular basis.
