Job Scopes
May need to support health screening services at Project sites at Penjuru and National University School
Provide Mobile X-rays service for organizations (ad-hoc basic)
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provide imaging services (X-rays and/or Ultrasound) as requested by referring physicians or as allowed by statutory regulations.
Responsible for management of processes in relation to X-ray and/or Ultrasound, including but is not limited to: equipment, materials, documents, records and premises.
Perform quality assurance tests and maintenance duties of machinery.
Perform administrative duties such as registration, process flow, record keeping, answering of phone calls and queries, collation of reports and appointment scheduling.
Providing quality customer service to patients and corporate clients.
Work closely with Radiologists, Referring Physicians and Clinical Staff to ensure patients’ needs are met.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement projects and undergo continuing professional education and training.
To ensure adherence to Radiation Safety Policy.
Adhere to strict infection prevention and control guidelines.
