  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and delegate tasks during shifts to maintain smooth workflows and efficient operations.
Build a positive work culture by providing coaching and feedback, fostering teamwork, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Ensure adherence to company procedures for store opening/closing, manage shift schedules, and address performance issues.
Oversee store cleanliness, stock organization, and maintain quality control in food and beverage preparation.
Monitor sales performance, assist the store manager in achieving targets, and communicate updates for smooth shift handovers.

Salary & Remuneration:

Basic Salary from $2600 - $2800 (depending on work exp)

Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience in the service industry with at least 1 year experience in a similar supervisory role
Passion for F&B industry with proven experience in delivering excellent customer experiences
Proven experience in leading teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multitask and manage change in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to engage in shift work (weekends & PH)
