  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate the following requirements:

a. Singaporean or PR

b. Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)

c. Minimum GCE O Level

d. Good in MS Office – word, excel, PowerPoint

e. Able to work in teams & as well as with air operation teams.

f. Self-motivator that promotes team work among co-workers and willing to learn attitude

g. Able to work overtime if require.

h. 5.5 working days (alternate SAT Off upon confirmation)

i. 14 days annual leaves after confirmation

j. Salary range from S$ 2,200 – S$ 2,400

k. With/ Without experience in Air Freight industry.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide support to assigned customers / Overseas Agents in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and inquiries for air, arrange air export booking with the airlines / co-loader Agents.

- Follow up on clients', help to do air export billing, invoice verification and handle rate disputes

- Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, Overseas Agents and well liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement

- Perform other job duties as per requested
