JOB SUMMARY:
Manager responsible for the daily operations of outlets.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Support Area Manager in outlet operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards.
- Oversees smooth operations of up to 3 outlets
- Maintain safe outlet inventory levels and enforce rigorous procedures for receiving, checking, and storing products.
- Perform food quality and customer service checks
- Be knowledgeable in MOM regulations and laws
- Maximize productivity and manpower resources through efficient scheduling, control labor costs, and manage staff leave.
- Reduce operating cost and wastage, increase profitability through proper cost cutting measure
- Analyse monthly P&L and take actions for improvement of results
- Ensure accuracy in petty cash claims and maintain accurate records
- Ensure accuracy of all sales takings (inclu. cash deposits and credit card/nets payments)
- Ensure all cash takings of outlets are promptly deposited
- Handle all outlet admin duties and submit all necessary records and paperwork to HQ on time
- Conduct monthly stock take of all inventories
- Conduct staff training at outlets
- Enforce discipline and ensure proper conduct of all staff whereby create a high level of morale amongst the staff in outlet
- Conduct performance appraisal for all staff
- Recruit non-managerial staff and follow-though with their appointment letters and uniforms with Corporate HR
- Ensure and upkeep maintenance and appearance of outlets, equipment and fixtures
- Handle customer feedbacks and complaints.
- Ensure proper coordination and execution of promotions and marketing activities developed by Marketing Department
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
