You will be outsourced/ deployed to work as an Account Executive (Account Management for Client Relations)
Location: Promenade/ Esplanade
Duration: One year contract
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, Office Hours
Salary: Up to $3800 monthly + commissions based on work experiences
Job scope:
Work on SMB/ SME account management and portfolio growth against key target
Work with hunter teams on new accounts onboarded handover to account management team
Client servicing and building relationships; listening and understanding the clients' needs and work with internal teams to better their experience, troubleshooting and issue resolution to reduce operations friction, generating reports and business reviews with clients on their corporate transportation spend
Engagement of inactive/ churned clients to understand key reasons for inactivity/ churn, prioritizing low hanging fruits to activate less complex inactive clients while working on clients with more complexity with internal teams on their requirements to activate their spend
Run campaigns or new initiatives on A/B test key insights to grow both spend and revitalize inactive/ churned clients
Build personas and profiles of clients through account management to understand what "good" looks like for clients to assist hunters with better insights to improve acquisition closure
Job requirements:
Minimally Degree and above, good command of English
Working and having experience with B2B/ B2C experience is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word Doc)
