Customer Care Team takes over after a new sign up by;
- Sending Personalised Welcome Message
- Introduce yourself, share important policies: booking, waitlist, suspension, transfer, late cancellation and no show etc
- Engage and build rapport to gather early feedback and provide support
- Offer Jal Care kit for medical suspension
- Track and prepare Birthday Cards
- Maintain existing trackers using Google Sheets
You will also be tasked with overseeing the operational control of your branch, collaborating closely with the Head of Operations on a daily basis to enhance cleanliness and effectiveness.
Mats sanitising after class ends
Studio upkeep and cleanliness including toilet hygiene
Props organisation. Ensuring props are sufficient for the branch
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Able to commit long term
- Able to handle Front desk and admins as well work independently in a fast pace environment
- 6 days work week including weekends/PH
Working hours: 4-10pm Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm Weekends or depending on class timings
