Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries and reports related to lost, delayed, or damaged baggage from passengers.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as airlines and ground handling teams, to locate and expedite the recovery of missing luggage.
Maintain an updated record of cases in the Lost & Found system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
Provide passengers with timely updates on the status of their luggage via phone, email, or in person.
Assist passengers with relevant forms, documentation, and claims processing.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
A team player with problem-solving capabilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Comfortable working shift hours

Other Information:

Working location: Changi
Comfortable working 6 days rotating shift, including overnight.
Training will be provided
