Job Description:
Ensure preparation of opening & closing of outlet is adequately performed by setting up & cleaning duties.
Handling payments & keying orders in POS.
Keeping workstations compliant with an excellent level of sanitary condition & maintaining clean & organised cafe seating area.
Maintaining coffee machines and other equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs (when necessary).
Preparing and serving beverages and food items.
Recommending menu options by promoting bundles or ad-hoc seasonal items.
Responding & resolving consumers' concerns or complaints.
Warmly welcome customers & taking their food & drink orders.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct superior.
Role Requirements:
Comfortable with working & rotating (IF NEEDED) at above mentioned 4 locations.
Commit to booked schedule without improper cancellations.
Novena Outlet ONLY: Required to commit regularly (Can discuss in private about schedule)
