Provide sales and local purchasing support in terms of getting quotations, keying sales and local purchase orders, preparing sales invoices and credit notes, ensuring work is filed properly.
Arrange local and overseas goods delivery to customers. Ensure completeness of billing documents.
To work closely with sales team to ensure proper and adequate but not excessive inventory orders are lodged with suppliers.
Perform counter sales duties to generate sales and profit for the Company.
Assist in adhoc duties as and when required.
Requirement:
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Diploma and above.
