$2600 (Attractive Bonus+Incentives+Allowances)
Responsibilities:
Implementing the seasonal schedule by ensuring the relevant parties update the operational database with real-time data.
Building the daily arrival belt and departure racetrack allocation using the RMS, resource management system and ensure that belt capacity is balance and will not cause any congestion.
Providing real-time information to stakeholders (airlines and business partners) necessary for the efficient and optimal operations of facilities.
Preparing various reports for internal and external stakeholders
Manually updating Baggage Information and Flight Information Displays.
Troubleshooting multiple, often simultaneous, scheduling conflicts
Coordinating with Engineering Baggage Control Room, Baggage OIC for any real time operational changes and challenges in the BHA.
Ensuring Arrival Baggage Presentation performance and mishandling rate are met or exceeds KPI.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Logistic or related
2 years experience in an airline operations environment
Airport scheduling experience an advantage, preferably with gate and baggage scheduling systems
Familiarity with aircraft types and an understanding of Apron & Baggage operations would be an advantage.
