Working hours:

Mon - Fri 8.5 hours shift + weekend when needed
Day shift: 1pm - 10.30pm ~ $10/day allowance
Night Shift: 10.30pm - 8am ~ $22/day allowance
Weekend work - Off in lieu will be compensated

Job Scope

Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical support via phone and email, ensuring timely responses.
Perform initial incident assessments and escalate to second-level support as needed, following established protocols.
Keep customers informed with timely updates on the status of outstanding issues within Service Level targets.
Maintain case ownership, diligently following up on issues until resolution and ensuring accurate documentation.
Manage customer expectations and report any unusual call surges to the Team Lead while tracking incident progress.

Requirement

Min Diploma Holder
Min 1 year end user support exp (Technical enquiries)
