Events Programme Manager (Sustainability Alliance)
The Events Programme Manager works under broad direction to manage all aspects of sustainability events, programs, seminars and workshops.
- Develop event proposals to management and meet objectives in all stages of activity planning, design, production and execution within time limits and budgets.
- Manage the event sponsors, partners, vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth on-site operations during events.
- Develop event marketing campaigns and communication plans that are feasible and effective in delivering key sustainability messages.
- Review performance metrics and post-event feedback from all stakeholders to determine areas of improvement for future events.
Requirement
- Degree in events management or related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Creative-minded with meticulous eye for detail.
- Organised, hands-on, enjoys coordination and execution.
- Strong event production, project management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and manage workloads to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in virtual events execution is an advantage.
