- Process payroll and coordinate with HR team
to ensure accurate payment
- Maintain employee records in the
payroll system
- Ensure payroll data confidentiality
and security
- Prepare payroll-related reports as
needed
- Submit government claims (e.g., CPF,
Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, and income tax).
- Respond to HR team queries about
payroll
- Help resolve any payroll
discrepancies.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
O level, A level or diploma holder
Minimum 3-4 years working experience
At least 1-2 years of payroll related experience
Attention to details and meticulousness
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel for payroll calculations
Able to work independently from home
Immediate availability preferred
