Job Description
· As a Outlet Supervisor you will be managing day-to-day operations, assigning crew members to respective work stations.
· Attending to customers and Oversight of team members ie.taking orders, scooping of ice-cream, preparing of waffles, toppings, cones etc.
· Training, Hiring, Scheduling, Payroll of all team members to maintain Service and Product Knowledge Standards.
· Handle Cashier Duties, and understanding POS system maintenance, reporting and floats.
· Maintain and Assign, General cleanliness and sanitization of the work stations and including floor, furniture and equipment.
· Ordering and maintaining Inventory Control of Gelato, Dry Products and Miscellaneous items.
· Report to General Manager and Directors, and doing all other ad-hoc duties as necessary.
Personality & Competencies
· Willing to work hard, Keen to learn and improve.
· Friendly, enjoy interacting with customers, hardworking and responsible.
· Have a sense of professional product knowledge delivery.
· Self-motivated, independent yet a good team player.
· Be a competent leader and inspiration to your team members.
Requirements
· Shift Work (Must work Weekends and Public Holidays)
· Candidates with related experience of more than 2 years will be considered for suitable Salary negotiations.

Full-Time Salary: $2700 - $3000 depending on experience, must work weekends, 5.5 day work week depending on scheduling needs, 44hrs per week
