We are searching for a well experienced candidate in the FnB & Hospitality industry who has the right attitude and positive mindset, has a strong leadership quality, excellent communication skills, possess financial acumen and is highly motivated by achievements and success, to join us and grow our company.
Responsibilities:
- Bring the business to the next level
- Overall responsible for the restaurant
- Ensure strict hygiene and cleanliness standard are highly maintained at all time
- Ensure compliance by the authorities and company's policies and SOPs
- Provide training, direction and leadership to both kitchen and front of house staff
- Ensure highest service standard and food quality at all times
- Handle customer complains and feedbacks with care
- Ensure sales target are met
- Plan marketing and promotions
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Work closely with management to ensure growth and sustainability of the business
- Any other duties assigned by management
Min Requirements:
Min 3 years of experience
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Passionate in FnB industry
Vibrant and Energetic
People and service oriented
Possess great leadership skill
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Great multi tasker
