Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about coffee and other beverages, have a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Coffee Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the beverage-making area.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages following established recipes and standards.
Greet customers, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations.
Ensure coffee beverages meet quality standards and are served promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, equipment, and utensils.
Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
Assist in training new staff on coffee preparations and customer service.
Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in meetings and training.
Develop and introduce new drink options.
Perform housekeeping duties to keep the coffee area clean.
Operate the toast system and handle toasting duties as needed.
Be flexible with various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekdays, weekends and PH.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
