Role
Engage with patients as a receptionist OR through WhatsApp and email as a customer service agent OR BOTH
Assist professionally, answering enquiries and providing accurate information on treatments and pricing.
Deliver excellent customer service with a strong focus on patient care.
Manage reception duties, including patient registration and dispensing medication.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
Empathetic with a focus on customer care.
Diploma or equivalent is a plus (but not necessary for the right candidate)
Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or medical clinic is preferred.
Benefits
Work life balance - No night shifts, 5 day work week, 44 hours per week with Overtime pay
Candidates with experience will be compensated accordingly
Performance bonuses every 6 months
