Responsibilities
Team leadership - lead and motivate team members
Team management - plan and manage manpower, optimise team performance and conduct training
Uphold operational standards - ensure SOPs and standards for hygiene, cleanliness, safety and customer service are maintained.
Inventory management - efficient and timely ordering to ensure minimal wastage
Cooking & food preparation - cook and prepare the food according to company’s standards.
Customer service & cashiering - manage customers’ experiences, opening & closing of till
Management reporting - provide regular feedback and improvement suggestions to management.
We’re looking for someone who is
Friendly & energetic
Team player with good leadership & communication skills
Willing to learn
Able to excel in a fast paced environment
At least 1 year F&B experience in a supervisory role
Singaporeans, PR, LTVP only
