Duties & responsibilities include the below:

- Ensuring the kitchen is maintained in an impeccable manner
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations as per the NEA
- Work closely with Head and Sous Chef in all food preparation and service
- Ensure high standards in food preparation
- Understand and be up to date in product offerings
- Uphold high standards in cleanliness and food hygiene
- Assist the other chefs with their duties
- 3 years of experience in culinary field
- A certificate or diploma in culinary field
- A self-motivated and disciplined individual who is eager to learn
