Duties & responsibilities include the below:

  • Work closely with Head and Sous Chef in all food preparation and service
  • Ensure high standards in food preparation
  • Understand and be up to date in product offerings
  • Uphold high standards in cleanliness and food hygiene
  • Assist the other chefs with their duties
  • 3 years of experience in culinary field
  • A certificate or diploma in culinary field
  • A self-motivated and disciplined individual who is eager to learn
