  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilites

  • Managing the order process from start tot finish. This includes receiving and processing sales orders, coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure timely delivery, and following up with customers to confirm delivery and satisfaction.
  • Preparing detailed price quotations and proposals for customers, including technical specifications, pricing, and terms of the sale.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the company, such as product development, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a seamless sales process and address customer requirements effectively.
  • Providing basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and relevant documentation.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and management to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.

Requirements

  • FRESH GRADS MAY APPLY
  • Min. Diploma/ITE Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
  • Fluent in English and/or Mandarin
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
