Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end e-commerce initiatives, focusing on VX systems and other digital platforms (SWT, SFDC, STS, TE, MPAY).
• Collaborate with global and regional teams, IT consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of e-commerce projects.
• Own the e-commerce product backlog, prioritize features, and manage requirements to meet business needs.
• Champion Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products and features.
• Support the e-commerce release train team and facilitate smooth rollout processes.
• Understand market-specific business models and align e-commerce features to achieve online sales targets.
• Provide in-depth analysis, feasibility assessments, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
What We’re Looking For:
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Information Management Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
• · Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in Business Analyst role in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders across various business units, driving process improvements

• Mon - Fri, Office hour (Hybrid arrangement)
• Up to $6500 per month
• 1 year contract
