  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Call Centre Officer!

Call Centre Officer

Location: Alexandra

Working Hours: 5 days/week, Mon to Sun,

Between 7am to 1.30am (8.5 hours shift), no overnight shift
1 way Taxi Claim for those that start before 7.30am or end after 10pm


Duration:6 month /12 month

Salary: Up to $3300

Job scope:

Handle inbound calls

Answer calls through system with headsets, write down enquiries in system, assist customers over the phone, write in system things advised

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Able to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment

Possess relevant experience in call center environment

Good verbal and written communication skills
