P-Serv is partnering our Client, statutory board. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Automotive Transaction Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily office functions, addressing and resolving inquiries with a customer-focused approach, and reconciling payment collections. If you are detail-oriented, skilled in problem-solving, and committed to supporting team goals, we invite you to apply and contribute to our organization’s success.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functionality
Collection of payment at Checkpoints’ manned terminals
Handle motorists’ queries and provide good customer service to motorists
Compute and record transaction totals
Accurately handle cash or credit transactions, ensuring proper and accurate handover to the reporting person
Other additional ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE O Level with Cashiering / Customer Service experience
Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
Able to work on weekends, public holidays and night shift (2 day, 2 nights, 2 off)
Other Information:
Jurong East / Boon Lay (transport pickup)
Training & Uniform provided
10am to 10pm or 10pm to 10am (with 2hrs break)
Basic + Incentives + Allowances + Bonus!
