Job Responsibilities
To provide support to the Team Leader and Supervisor in the daily ground operations
Providing management of facilities, running of system operations and handling enquiries
Attending to all operational matters
Ensure that all office equipment, computer peripherals and communication equipment are handled and maintained in good working condition
Reconcile and take custody of all payment collections at the end of shift with the report generated by POS machines to ensure they are properly accounted
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE O Level with 2 years of Cashiering / Customer Service experience
Have prior relevant experience in the scope that has been assigned
Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
Working Hours / Location
Woodlands / Tuas (Transport provided 2-way)
4 days work, 2 days off (rotating basis - 2 days morning, 2 days afternoon)
Morning Shift: 10am to 10pm (2hrs break)
Afternoon Shift: 10pm to 10am (2hrs break)
