As a hotel service staff, you will be:
Ensuring the smooth daily opening and closing of F&B outlets
Ensuring the buffet is spread out for all meals
Opening and pouring of wine as per beverage standards
Ensuring the cleanliness and maintaining general upkeep of all the equipment and facilities
Coordinating with stewards, kitchen staff and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
Maintaining the table culture and restaurant ambience at all times
Performing any other duties as directed
Requirements:
Flexible working arrangements - minimum 4 hours per week, no fixed working days
