A day in the life of...

  • Responsible for developing and implementing the account strategy for Catering and OEM Channel. He/She is responsible for developing the partnership and in ensuring that key account management, trade marketing and other key initiatives are flawlessly implemented in the business.
  • Understand the channel needs, consumers/customers insights and developing programs and activities tailored to capitalize on the opportunities in the channel for long-term sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Drive business growth by managing existing customers portfolio and new customer acquisition (by examining needs of customer and translate to business opportunity for the organization)
  • Involved in integrated Commercial Planning for Channel/Customer delivering rolling 18-month commercial plans and execute strategies & standards within framework developed by Channels & Category Sales development
  • Develop Annual Activity Plan with marketing/ Channel & Category Sales Development team
  • Work on monthly OEM reporting to propose monthly OEM Input order and to analayse market needs to drive business growth
  • Ideation for OEM Collaboration with Key Accounts
  • Provide support to BD manager to achieve targets for sales, profitability, category growth for the assigned channel
  • Build good relationship with internal and external stakeholders for smooth implementation and management of new business plan


What will make you successful

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from a reputable college/university
  • 3 years relevant FMCG sales experience, experience in the OEM/Catering industry is a plus
