Senior Manager (Security Governance)

In this role, you will:
  • Develop security policies and translate to SOPs to put in place compliance monitoring, enforcement checks and reports
  • Develop an effective Knowledge Management System so that security policies and SOPs are in place, reviewed periodically to update compliance requirements and staffed to management for policy decisions approval
  • Build effective system through digitalisation to ensure end-to-end processes are efficient and effective
  • Develop KPIs and dashboard to monitor, analyse security trends and report state of security
  • Develop security awareness and outreach programme to ensure compliance culture and security culture
  • Plan and lead in security audits and preparation of audit findings for management reporting, and to propose action plans
  • Prepare security report for management meeting


Requirements

  • Degree in Management and Security Studies / Security By Design / Security Management / Data Analytics / Digital Service Automation / Digital Systems Security
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think at systems-level to make informed decision
