Events Management
• Event planning, management, and successful delivery, including conferences, virtual and
live national events, commencement dinner, exhibitions, and student events
• Responsible for events related theme and related event’s communication materials and
updates
• Manage and coordinate with event organisers, corporate communications and administrators
from different healthcare clusters and multinational organisations
• Creation of marketing collaterals and dissemination to target audience
• Speaker management and serves as point of contact for all stakeholders to run the national
level event
• Negotiates and coordinates services with events, catering, venue, website and other
logistical vendors
• Ability to think strategically, creatively and manage projects from initiation to completion,
including agency management, planning, budgeting, timeline management, coordination,
resource allocation, and digital integration.
• Overseeing event setup and production, ensuring efficient supplier and contractor
management.
Requirements:
-Background in Marketing, Events Management
-Experience in designing marketing collaterals, website updates i.e. WordPress
-Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in event management.
-Proven track record of successfully delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
-Great interpersonal skills, possesses creative mind, independent worker and able to multi-task
-Demonstrates problem solving and decision-making skills.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines.
