Job Scope:
Work closely with internal partners and clients to manage and monitor projects
Support the project team in the management of client logistics requirements and to ensure the smooth operations
Network and collaborate globally to coordinate with global resources to support the development and delivery of client materials and programs
Engage in frequent client contact by phone and face-to-face, to coordinate development and delivery activities.
Work with HRBP to manage the Well-being and safety of associates by organizing appropriate activities

Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Human Resources or related fields with 1-2 years of related experience
Good command of written and spoken and proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
Internal and external service orientation and interpersonal skills
High work standards, attention to detail, receptivity to feedback and willingness to learn
Project management experience
Enjoy working with others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Take initiative, work on multiple projects/tasks, under challenging deadlines
Additional Information:
Salary: max S$3.5K per month + 1-month completion bonus
Commencement Date: Immediate
Working days and hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm Mondays to Fridays
